Special Package Deal

• Cancellations
  If you notify me of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the lesson, we will provide a 100% refund for the lesson fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full lesson fee, and no refunds will be issued.
• Rescheduling
  If you notify me of a request to change the lesson date and time at least 24 hours in advance, rescheduling is possible. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and a cancellation fee equivalent to the full lesson fee will apply.
• Teacher Schedule Changes
  Please note that teacher's schedules may be subject to change. If I need to cancel a lesson due to my own circumstances, I will provide a full refund.

• Cancellations
  The package plans, whether for 5 lessons or 10 lessons, are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. You must book and attend your lessons within 2 years of purchasing the package. If you cancel after purchasing a package plan, I will refund the remaining value of unused lessons. Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the lesson. If the cancellation occurs after this time, one lesson credit will be deducted.
